Shipping
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery within the United Kingdom takes 2-6 business days after dispatch. The total delivery time, including processing, is 3-8 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your package through our order tracking page.
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within the UK.
Returns
You have 14 days from receiving your order to initiate a return. After that, you have another 14 days to send it back. Returns are accepted for defective, incorrect, or unwanted products, as long as they are unused and in original condition.
- If the return is due to a defect, incorrect product, or damage, we cover the shipping cost.
- If the return is due to change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, the refund will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this, we may not be able to stop processing. Contact us as soon as possible if changes are needed.

If you receive an incorrect product, contact us immediately at contact@domoir.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
